She is an incredible hard working agent, always going far and beyond her normal duties and becoming a friend I can call anytime. I know her since 2018 when she helped me find a place to rent. In 2020 I asked her again to help me buy a house; After a long and arduous process of house hunting, we've got a contract accepted, after all inspections been made and with little over a week to the closing date, I called telling her the bad news: I was going to back out of the deal (it was April 2020 right when COVID hit the US)everybody was getting lay off at my job and I didn't think was going to survive the next wave of lay offs. Sure enough, Few days later, I've got laid off and Jenna was understanding telling me to do what was best for my family. 4 years later, I contacted her again hoping she will forgive and take me again as a client (Because I did not want anybody else on my side). We started the house hunting process in December and by mid January we made a few offers already. The last week of January we have a signed contract on a house we liked. From the beginning it was a difficult process, the seller was not cooperating and everything seems surreal, where the buyer side is the one pushing things to get moving and the sellers dragging his feet, not listening to his attorney and stop talking to his agent altogether. At that point, Jenna step it up and got the wheels moving, coordinating with everyone ( inspectors, appraiser, title company etc) Even calling my Lender asking if she can help somehow. After a month and half of delays and extensions, we finally close on a day where the listing agent (finally showing up just to collect a check without doing anything except putting her name on the listing) seller trying backing out until the last minute and me finally feeling relief that this situation was finally over. I truly believe, we could not close on this deal with any other agent besides Jenna. That is the value she brings when she is on your side of the Table.

I am SO grateful for Jenna and everything she did to help me buy my first home. She guided me through every step of the process and was always available for questions. Selling a condo from out-of-state is difficult. Emptying and selling your mother’s condo is doubly hard. Jenna helped me find Estate Sellers and Donation centers. She was my ‘boots on the ground’ helping to coordinate activities, including helping me pack. Jenna submitted a contract on a home with a seller who was not motivated as Jenna had done the homework to compare the home to others comparable in nature but that were priced lower. So we next submitted a bid on a better home in the same subdivision. The seller was serious. Jenna toured the home with me watching on Zoom. She described in detail as the aspects and features of the home. When the bid was accepted Jenna followed up nearly every day with check-ins or information on various buyer related information like lender, inspectors, and the HOA documents. Jenna made sure all the repair items were taken care of and produced receipts. She was very easy to work with and was even concerned enough to assist the lender to reach me while I was in a area with poor cell reception. The financing was approved at that time and we closed on time with Jenna at the table answering more questions. In sum, you won't find a better realtor and this deal would not have succeeded without Jennifer Deal!

Jenna is the best realtor I have ever worked with, and I have worked with dozens. She is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and above all, just as pleasant a person as you will ever come across. We moved to Mel Beach five years ago and met Jenna at an open house. Eventually we bought a house with Jenna's help, and she was a major help because we were out of the area. We knew the house was a place holder for us, because we really wanted to be on the water. Five years later, through countless searches, Jenna found us our house on the water!
